Destinations

Travel Burnout
Burnout happens for a number of reasons. This section is all about prevention, spotting the signs early, finding ways to reset, and building healthier systems so that life feels fun again.
Lifestyle Design
Lifestyle design is about taking time to look at the big picture and shaping your days to be filled with with more intention and less time wasting to bring balance, creativity and joy back into everyday life.

Hi I’m Lauren, welcome to my blog…
I’ve been traveling and working remotely on and off since 2018, exploring Asia, Europe, and beyond. So far I’ve visted Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Morocco, Singapore, Malaysia, Armenia, Georgia, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Australia, Switzerland, Greece.
Along the way, I realised freedom isn’t just about where you go, it’s about how you live.
After a recent burnout, I started this blog as a space to figure things out in real time: how to slow down, reconnect, and create a lifestyle with more balance, creativity, community and fun.
I don’t have all the answers, but I’m learning as I go. If you’re also curious about how to build a more balanced, intentional lifestyle follow along.

Slow Travel Asia
Asia is full of places best explored at a slower pace. From long stays in Thailand to wandering Japan’s backstreets, these guides share how to move beyond the highlights and connect with daily life.

Europe was made for slow travel. Think wondering around art galleries in Florence, Italy, or finding local hidden gems far from the tourist trail. These European slow travel guides help you discover more than landmarks.

India rewards travelers who take it slow. From chill mornings sipping chai in a clay cup from a street vendor to lingering at the local temple, these guides focus on experiences you miss when you rush.
